Shipping policy
All packages shipped in Thailand are free of charge. There is no shipping fee! Yay! 🙂

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most items are shipped within 1 business day (Monday through Friday) unless otherwise noted. You can expect your order to arrive in 3 to 5 business days after being shipped.
We are currently unable to process orders on weekends and/or Thailand national holidays.
Occasionally, during sales promotions, order processing times may increase without notification.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is shipped, J&T delivery generally takes 3-5 business days, however deliveries may take longer during sales or holiday seasons.
We ship our orders via J&T which allows you to track your order in real time.
We are currently able to ship within Thailand only. We do not offer international shipping.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct, before finalizing your order.
We will not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

UPDATE: SHIPPING DURING COVID-19
Please note that delivery dates may be delayed due to the following precautions we are taking to keep both you and our team safe!
-To create a safe working space, orders are being fulfilled by limited team members and therefore, most orders will be processed within 2 business days.
– Postal carriers are experiencing delays as well, due to the health precautions they are taking during this high volume postal period.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

J&T DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
We use J&T to ship our products. All shipments have delivery confirmation which serves as proof of delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged or missing packages, or errors made by Postal service employees.
In cases described above, please contact the J&T office to attempt to locate your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link.
If you attempt to track your package within 24 hours after it has shipped and there is no information available about your package, it may be because the carrier has not scanned your package yet. When the package is scanned you will be able to see the tracking information.
Please allow at least 24 hours for the carrier to scan your package. If you still do not see tracking information please email us at care@tatadailyfit.com

ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE IT
In rare cases. it is possible that J&T marked your order as delivered prematurely.
If it has been 2 business days or more since delivery notification, please contact your J&T office immediately so they can investigate further.
Please be sure to double-check your address to make sure everything is up to date.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses if they were submitted incorrectly by the customer or changes of address after the order was placed.
We always do our best to accommodate corrections, but you may need to pay for additional shipping and handling if your order has to be shipped more than once.

DAMAGES
If your products arrived damaged, please contact our customer care team at care@tatadailyfit.com for further assistance.
Please include a photo of the product/s or package with damages visible to the email, since this will substantially decrease the processing time of sending a replacement item to you.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before contacting us.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum.
If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us within 30 days of dispatch.
If you do not contact us within this timeframe we will not be able to investigate further and no refund or replacement will be offered.
