Refund & Return Policy

We at Tata DailyFit want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we strongly believe that you will enjoy your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase please email your concerns directly at care@tatadailyfit.com and our Customer Care will be at your assistance.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your product(s0:

  1. Contact our Customer Care and please specify which product you are interested in returning, and the reason for this return (your feedback helps us to continuously improve).

Once your request is authorized (usually in less than 24 hours) a support agent will contact you and provide you with a return label attached to the email.

Items returned without Authorization and/or without use of our Return Label will not be accepted.

  1. The time frame for return must not exceed 14 days from when the original order was received.
  2. If you wish to receive a refund on a returned item you will be charged a 60 THB return shipping fee and a 40 THB restocking fee.
  3. Items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or sign of wear and in its original packaging.
  4. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Returns for items that arrived damaged/defected or items that are faulty due to manufacturing mistakes are FREE!

Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days after delivery. Any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of a fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.

 

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  1. To exchange an item you are required to pay a 60 THB return shipping fee and a 40 THB restocking fee.
  2. You may exchange your item for another item of your choice. If you want to exchange your item for a lesser price item we will refund you the difference to the original method of payment used for your initial order. Should the value of the exchange item exceed the value of your original item, you simply place a new order for the desired item while we refund the full amount of your original order.
  3. The time frame for exchange must not exceed 14 days from when the original order was received.

 

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your returned product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

Depending on your credit card company or payment method, it may take an additional 3-10 business days after your refund is issued for it to post to your account. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
